Terms.

Last updated 19 August 2026

Lido is operated by Paybots, Inc. By signing in you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use Lido.

Who can use Lido

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. Lido is invitation- led while it is young, and we may decline or withdraw access.

Signing in, and the email we send

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address, or with Google. Anyone who can read that inbox can sign in as you, so keep it secure. By signing in you agree to receive service email at that address — sign-in codes and messages about your bookings. These are not marketing, and they are not optional while you have an account: they are how the service works.

What Lido does, and what it does not

Lido books on your behalf with restaurants, clubs, studios and other venues. Those venues provide the meal, the court, the treatment or the tee time — not us. Their own terms, prices, cancellation windows and no-show policies apply to what you book, and we pass on what they tell us.

A booking is confirmed when the venue confirms it. We work to get that right, but we cannot guarantee that a table exists, that a venue honours it, or that its terms have not changed since we read them.

Your side of it

Connecting Google

You may connect Google Calendar or Gmail so Lido can see when you are free. It is optional, it is separate from signing in, and you can revoke it at any time. What we do with that data is set out in our privacy policy.

Fees

Lido is free to use today. A venue may charge you directly — a deposit, a cancellation fee — under its own terms. If we ever charge for Lido itself, we will say so clearly before you owe anything.

Availability

Lido is early software and is offered as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw features.

Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Lido is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for what a venue does or fails to do. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending it

You may stop using Lido and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or puts the service or a venue at risk.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will say so on this page and, where it affects you, by email. The date above always reflects the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of Orange County, California have jurisdiction over any dispute.
