Lido is a concierge app for Newport Beach, California, and a service of Paybots Inc. This page is how to reach us, and how to do the things people most often ask about.

Write to hello@vialido.ai. Write from the address you sign in to Lido with, or tell us what it is, so we can find your account.
Delete your account
In the Lido app, open Settings, then Your data, then Delete account, and confirm. On the web, the same button is in Settings at app.vialido.ai.
It happens the moment you confirm. Your account, your conversations and what Lido remembers about you are deleted, Lido's access to your Google account is revoked, and your sign-in is closed. The app deletes your sign-in, cards, bookings and settings from your iPhone, and deleting the app afterwards removes the rest, including what the Lido keyboard keeps. Bookings you already made stand, so cancel any you no longer want with the venue. The privacy policy says what our backups and logs keep, and for how long.
If you can no longer sign in, write to us from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
Disconnect Google
Lido reads your Google account through one connection, which the app on your iPhone reads with too, so disconnecting it once ends both.
- In the app: open Settings, then Connections, then Google, read by Lido, and tap Remove access.
- On the web: Disconnect Google in Settings.
- From Google: remove Lido at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Turn off the Lido keyboard
To stop the keyboard sending anything to Lido, open Settings in the Lido app, then Type with Lido, and turn off Ask Lido from the keyboard. Off, the keyboard sends Lido nothing.
To remove the keyboard itself, open your iPhone's Settings, then General, then Keyboard, then Keyboards, tap Edit and remove Lido. To keep it but take away Full Access, tap Lido there and turn off Allow Full Access.
Lido's AI
Lido's answers are written by Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic, and the app asks before anything you write goes to it. You can withdraw that permission at any time in the app's Settings. Without it, Lido cannot answer you or book for you, because Claude does both. The keyboard has its own switch, above, and the privacy policy lists what Anthropic receives.
Privacy and terms
The privacy policy says what Lido collects, why, who else sees it, and how long it is kept. The terms are the agreement you make when you use Lido.
